THE BREATHING SPACE
This is a stress free zone
This space will help you to slow down, breathe and reflect.
TRY SIX SECOND BREATHING FOR 3 - 6 MINUTES EACH DAY.
Breathe in through your nose & count silently 1....2....3....4. (up to 6 with practise). Don't force the breath, let your breath trickle in, soft & smooth.
Then breathe out through your mouth, counting silently1...2...3...4... (up to 6 with practise). Just as before let your breath slowly trickle out, soft & smooth.
Invite the breath to be slow & steady rather than taking deep breaths. Notice the way it helps to calm your body & your mind.
REPEAT AS NEEDED
