Group Gong Sound Baths are fantastic for unwinding & letting go of stress.

the gongs to lead you into an all encompassing sound meditation.

The gentle vibrations from the gongs wash through the body, giving this form of sound therapy it's name of "Gong bath". The experience is incredibly rejuvenating for the body and mind. Bringing an overall sense of well-being, & contentment which aids in reducing stress, as well as bringing a resilience to cope with any future stresses life may throw your way!

The Sessions begin with a guided relaxation & intention setting.

Followed by a sumptuous sound scape using Crystal singing bowls , Gongs , 

4 elementKoshi chimes, Remo drum & a plethora of other healing instruments. 

Oracle cards are drawn at the end of the session along with a tasty sweet treat.
