The gentle vibrations from the gongs wash through the body, giving this form of sound therapy it's name of "Gong bath". The experience is incredibly rejuvenating for the body and mind. Bringing an overall sense of well-being, & contentment which aids in reducing stress, as well as bringing a resilience to cope with any future stresses life may throw your way!

All payments are non refundable. Once the booking has been processed, I am unable to offer refunds or transfers. However, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your session to a friend. If you decide to do so, please could you contact me with their name & contact details.
